What is a FLEXpass?

A 3-Show FLEXpass is good for one (1) ticket to any three (3) shows in our 2021 and 2022 Seasons.

  • EARLY SHOW / SEAT SELECTION: FLEXpass holders can book their shows and seats two days earlier than the general public. 
  • CONVENIENT: Buy the pass now and select shows and seats when convenient for you. 
  • ONE TIME ONLY $4 service fee. Saves you $8 on 3-Show pass.

Ways to Save

Berkshire County Resident Discount (BCRD)*

Full-time Berkshire Residents enjoy a 40% discount on show tickets on select days (see below). BCRD tickets must be purchased by phone or at our box office. A valid Berkshire County driver’s license is required when picking up your tickets.

  • July – Labor Day: BCRD is valid for performances Tuesday and Wednesday.
  • Labor Day — June 30 : BCRD is valid for performances Thursday and Friday.

*Discounts are valid on regularly scheduled, reserved-seating performances; discounts are not valid for readings, our holiday show, previews, openings, or special events. Discounts are subject to change.

Front Line Workers and Active Military Discount

Front line workers and active duty military personnel receive a 25% discount off ticket prices. Valid ID or proof of full-time employment or active military service may be required at the Box Office. Tickets will not be mailed. Limit one ticket per patron.

10% Senior Discount

For patrons age 65 or older. Senior discount is valid for performances except Saturday evening performances.

Youth Tickets

We offer youth tickets for students ages 6-18. Maximum 10 tickets per night. (Subject to availability; excludes the GALA and other fundraisers)

  • July – Labor Day: Price for Youth Tickets - $16.06
  • Labor Day — June 30: Price for Youth Tickets - $22

25% Discount for Museum and Gallery Employees

During the run of Art Museum and Gallery Employees get a 25% discount using the code 'paint'.

Promotion valid through July 30 - August 22

EBT Card to Culture Program

Shakespeare & Company offers $5 discounted tickets for up to 4 people per EBT card for any performance. Tickets can be reserved over the phone or online using the code “EBT”. Cardholders may be required to show card at the Box Office when picking up tickets, and processing fees will also be waived. Cannot be combined with any other offer or special events.

EBT Card to Culture is a collaboration between the Mass Cultural Council and the Executive Office of Health and Humans Services’ Department of Transitional Assistance. For more information on the EBT card, click here

Discounts: Discounts may not be combined. Unless otherwise noted discounts apply to all reserved-seating events, except Saturday performances in July and August and opening performances all Season. No discounts are available for general admission events and the Gala. Discounted tickets will not be mailed. Patrons must show proof of residence, age, or employment to pick up tickets at the Box Office.

Ticket Exchange: FLEXpass holders may exchange tickets up to 24 hours before curtain. FLEXpasses do not include the Gala or other fundraising events.

Refunds: Due to COVID-19, we have a more flexible refund policy. If you require a refund due to illness or cancellation of a performance, please contact the box office so we may accommodate you.

Rain Policy*: In the event of rain or another reason for postponement, we will announce the cancellation via email. In that email, you will receive a link to a Google Form where you can tell the box office if you would like to process the ticket as a donation, exchange for another performance, or a refund.

If a performance is canceled mid-way through, you will receive a link to the Google Form by email within three hours of the show's start time. Please refrain from calling the box office about the rain plan -- The announcement will be made as soon as its available.

*Special Note for King Lear: Each Sunday during King Lear's run will be held for a rain date. If your chosen performance date is postponed, you will have early access to book seats for the rain date.
