3-show or 5-show FLEXpasses are available, and offers:

*5-Show FLEXpass good for one ticket to any five shows in our 2022 Season.
Full-time Berkshire Residents enjoy a 40% discount on show tickets every day except Saturdays in July and August. BCRD tickets must be purchased by phone or at our Box Office. A valid Berkshire County driver’s license is required when picking up your tickets.
BCRD is valid on regularly scheduled, reserved-seating performances; BCRD is not valid for readings, the holiday show, previews, openings, or special events.
Front-line workers and active duty military personnel receive a 25% discount off ticket prices except Saturday evening performances in July and August. Valid ID or proof of full-time employment or active military service may be required at the Box Office. Tickets will not be mailed. Limit one ticket per patron.
10% discount for patrons age 65 or older. Senior discount is valid for performances except Saturday evening performances.
We offer $22 youth tickets for students ages 6-18. Maximum 10 tickets per night. (Subject to availability; excludes the annual Gala and other fundraisers).
Shakespeare & Company offers $5 tickets for up to four people per EBT card for any performance. Tickets can be reserved over the phone or online using the code “EBT.” Cardholders may be required to show card at the Box Office when picking up tickets, and processing fees will also be waived. Cannot be combined with any other offer or special events.
EBT Card to Culture is a collaboration between the Mass Cultural Council and the Executive Office of Health and Humans Services’ Department of Transitional Assistance.
$10 savings on regular ticket prices for all previews.
Discounts: Discounts may not be combined. Unless otherwise noted discounts apply to all reserved-seating events, except Saturday performances in July and August and opening performances all Season. No discounts are available for general admission events and the Gala. Discounted tickets will not be mailed. Patrons may be asked to show proof of residence, age, or employment to pick up tickets at the Box Office. Discounts subject to change.
Ticket Exchange: FLEXpass holders may exchange tickets up to 72 hours before curtain. FLEXpasses do not include the Gala or other fundraising events. Other ticket holder may exchange, for any reason, up to 48 hours prior to curtain for a $4 per ticket exchange fee plus balance due for any increased ticket price.
Rain Policy: In the event of rain or another reason for postponement, we will announce the cancellation via email. In that email, you will receive a link to a Google Form where you can tell the Box Office if you would like to process the ticket as a donation, exchange for another performance, or a refund.
Refunds: If you require a refund due to illness or cancellation of a performance, please contact the box office so we may accommodate you.
If a performance is cancelled mid-way through, you will receive a link to the Google Form by email within three hours of the show's start time. Please refrain from calling the Box Office about the rain plan — the announcement will be made as soon as its available.
