Note: A one time $4 service fee will be added to each pass.
FLEXpass must be used within 2020 season. FLEXpasses are NOT transferrable. Programming and schedule subject to change. All sales are final. No refunds.

Full-time Berkshire Residents enjoy a 40% discount on show tickets on select days (see below). BCRD tickets must be purchased by phone or at our box office. A valid Berkshire County driver’s license is required when picking up your tickets.
July – August: BCRD is valid for performances Tuesday-Thursday; and for Sunday evenings.
September — June: BCRD is valid for performances except Saturday matinee and Saturday evening performances.
*Discounts are not valid for readings, our holiday show, previews, openings, or special events. Discounts are subject to change.
For full-time public and private school teachers, and active duty military personnel receive a 25% discount off ticket prices. Proof of age, valid ID or proof of full-time teaching employment or active military service required at the Box Office when picking up tickets. Tickets will not be mailed. Limit one ticket per patron.
For patrons age 65 or older. Proof of age required to pick up ticket at the Box Office.
We offer youth tickets $22 for students ages 6-18. (Subject to availability; excludes the GALA and other fundraisers)
Shakespeare & Company offers $5 discounted tickets for up to 4 people for all performances. Tickets can be reserved over the phone, online, and in person at our Box Office using the code “EBT”. Cardholders will be required to show card at the Box Office when picking up tickets, and processing fees will also be waived. Cannot be combined with any other offer or special events.
EBT Card to Culture is a collaboration between the Mass Cultural Council and the Executive Office of Health and Humans Services’ Department of Transitional Assistance. For more information on the EBT card, click here.
Discounts Discounts may not be combined. Unless otherwise noted discounts apply to all reserved-seating events, except Saturday performances in July and August and opening performances all Season. No discounts are available for general admission events and the Ruby Gala. Discounted tickets will not be mailed. Patrons must show proof of residence, age, or employemnt to pick up tickets at the box office.
Ticket Exchange FLEXpass holders may exchange tickets up to 24 hours before curtain. FLEXpasses do not include the Ruby Gala or other fundraising events.
Refunds All sales are final. No refunds available. No refunds on exchanges for lower-priced tickets.
Rain Policy Outdoor performances will continue rain or shine, however there may be delays. No refunds due to weather.
