Sponsorship Information

• Exposure: One of the leading Shakespeare Festivals in the Country, we anticipate an audience of 50,000+ theatre patrons annually – all audience members receive a complimentary copy of the Playbill.  Shakespeare & Company offers over 250 performances, events and readings on its 4 stages from May 2017 – April 2018.

• Quality: The Season Playbill is a full-color glossy magazine which features business sponsors amongst gorgeous images, stories, and information on Shakespeare & Company’s productions and the artists involved. The Season Brochure features information on our coming season, the calendar and ticketing pricing, and includes a limited number of business sponsors. The Season Brochure is a direct mailer to over 45,000 patrons from the tri-states, as well as New York, New Jersey and across the country.

• Long Shelf Life: The Season Playbill and Brochure are keepsakes that patrons use as an area resource and reference guide when planning their visits throughout the year.

• Reach: Our discerning audiences visit from Berkshire County, Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Jersey, New Hampshire, New York, Rhode Island, Vermont, across the country and around the world – including regional, national and international press.

• Admission: Every Business Sponsor receives complimentary tickets for use as customer incentives, employee rewards, or for personal enjoyment by the owners.

• Inclusion: You will receive 4 additional complimentary tickets to our annual VIP Business Friends Party and private performance – a very popular and fun night out on us!

• Access: Selected rehearsals will be open to Playbill Sponsors, their staff, or patrons throughout the season.

• Referrals: Sponsors’ businesses will be recommended to Shakespeare & Company patrons when they purchase tickets in person and over the phone.
