Brandon is a third year MFA acting candidate at the Yale School of Drama and honored to be a part of this team.

(first season) Coriolanus. Chris is an actor, director, fight choreographer and educator in his second year as Artistic Director at Actors’ Shakespeare Project in Boston. Prior to ASP he was the Artistic Director of Nevada Conservatory Theatre in Las Vegas and was the Associate Artistic Director, Director of Education and Apprentice Training and a company member with The Hudson Valley Shakespeare Festival in Cold Spring, New York. As a director and actor he worked in London’s West End, Off-Broadway, The National Theatre of Oslo in Norway, John Houseman’s The Acting Company in NYC, HERE Arts Center, in NYC, The Helix in Ireland, Chicago Shakespeare Theater, Ubu Rep. in NYC, The Flea Theater in NYC, Cincinnati Shakespeare Company, Hip-Hop Theatre Festival in NYC, Utah Shakespeare Festival, SOHO Rep in NY, Penumbra Theater and the Guthrie Theatre in Minneapolis amongst others.

Chris has performed and directed 45 Shakespeare productions. As a director, his favorite plays include Fences, Othello, The Three Musketeers, Around the World in 80 Days, Hamlet, A Winter’s Tale, Bomb-itty of Errors, and Equivocation to name a few. As an actor favorite roles include: Richard in Richard III, Caliban in The Tempest, Posthumus in Cymbeline, Macduff in Macbeth, Mercutio in Romeo and Juliet, Leontes in A Winters Tale, Morris in The Blood Knot, Derek in A Mouthful of Birds.

As an educator, he headed the professional apprentice training program at the Hudson Valley Shakespeare Festival and was an Assistant Professor at UNLV, in Las Vegas, adjunct faculty at Montclair State University in NJ and Visiting Faculty at Bennington College in VT. M.F.A. from the U. of MN in Association with the Guthrie Theatre.

thirteenth season Rory is pleased to be back at her home Shakespeare & Company. Last summer she played Kacie in Ugly Lies the Bone. Founding Member (Founding Artistic Director; Director, Heisenberg) She has directed all of Shakespeare’s plays (some of them several times), acted in eight of them (never when directing) and taught the whole canon at over thirty colleges, including Harvard, M.I.T. and NYU. At Columbia University, she taught in the M.B.A. program for four years, resulting in the publication of Power Plays: Shakespeare’s Lessons in Leadership and Management with Deming Professor John Whitney for Simon and Schuster. For Scholastic, she wrote Tales from Shakespeare, a children’s book and recipient of the Parent’s Gold Medal Award. Most recently Tina’s book Women of Will was published by Knopf and she has been performing Women of Will with Nigel Gore, in New York, Mexico, England, The Hague, China, and across the US. Acting credits include: Shirley Valentine, Molly Ivins, The Beauty Queen of Leenane, Mother of the Maid; and Volumnia in Coriolanus. She’s the recipient of numerous awards and honorary degrees, including the Commonwealth Award.
