The Company seeks an IT and Business Systems Manager to begin on or about September 19th, 2022. The IT and Business Systems Manager is responsible for the support of Shakespeare & Company’s employees and its customers’ interactions with the box office, concessions, and gift shop sales. This includes system assessment and improvements, maintenance and repair, and hands-on daily tasks at Shakespeare & Company. An ideal candidate is energetic, hands-on and motivated to manage the IT and related needs of our administrative staff and our artistic programs while embracing our commitment to anti-racism initiatives.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The IT and Business Systems Manager takes responsibility for Computer and Telecommunication Systems as well as Office Technologies including Network Appliances, Major Software Applications, File Servers, Wireless Links, Workstations & Peripherals, Printers & Print Servers, Communication Wiring, Telephone Sytems, Pagers & Cellular Phones, Postage/meter Machine, Photocopiers & Fax Machines, Retail POS Systems:

This full-time Exempt position will receive compensation of $48,000 annually. Benefits include paid time off, health insurance options including 75% contribution toward an individual's health insurance, 403(b) with TIAA-CREF including a Company match after two year's employment, medical FSA, and discounts on Company programs.
