Sales Tax and Shipping Fees
A Massachusetts state sales tax of 5% will be added to non-clothing purchases sent to addresses in Massachusetts. Merchandise is normally shipped via USPS Priority Mail and should arrive at its destination within ten business days. Express Mail is delivered within three to five business days. Priority Mail and Express Mail shipping fees are listed below:

Large Orders
Depending on the weight, size and quantity of items ordered, shipping rates may increase for large orders. In that case, you will be contacted by a member of the Shakespeare and Company Store staff and notified of the exact shipping costs.

International Deliveries
The cost of shipping merchandise outside the United States is highly variable. so the shipping costs will not be added to your checkout total. After your order is received at Shakespeare and Company, you will be contacted by a member of the Shakespeare and Company Store staff and notified of the exact shipping costs.

Exchanges and Refunds
All sales from the Shakespeare Store are final and may not be returned for refunds. Clothing may be exchanged for size, pending availability, provided it has not been worn, soiled or damaged in any way and is returned within 30 days. If, upon opening a CD, it is found to be not working, it will be exchanged for a replacement copy. A copy of the original packing slip must be included with all returns. The Shakespeare and Company Store will pay for return shipping only if the product received has been damaged.
