Shakespeare & Company continues its popular Fall Foliage season with War of the Worlds, based on Orson Welles’ thrilling radio broadcast about Martians invading Earth. Directed by Tony Simotes and featuring Elizabeth Aspenlieder, Jonathan Croy, Dana Harrison, David Joseph, Josh Aaron McCabe and Scott Renzoni. Costumes by Kara D. Midlam, lighting design by Stephen Ball and set design by Patrick Brennan. On stage through November 6.

New “Hound” is “ridiculously funny” (Photos)

“Two Gentlemen of Verona” now on stage! (Photos)

One of Shakespeare’s earliest and most vibrant romantic comedies, The Two Gentlemen of Verona is a whirlwind adventure of love, desire and disguise – with a few bad guys thrown in for good measure.

Featuring members of Shakespeare & Company’s Performance Intern Company (part of our Center for Actor Training), the show is directed by director of training Dennis Krausnick, with set design by Carl Sprague, lighting design by Will Cleland, and costumes by Amanda Mattes.

William Shakespeare’s As You Like It is a freewheeling, light-hearted master class in the secret desires of the heart. A tale of friendship, hope, and personal discovery, in which true love eventually wins out.
